Q1: What shipping zones do you cover?
A: We currently offer shipping within India only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to certain remote or restricted areas may take longer than the estimated delivery times mentioned.

A: Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and courier service, typically ranging from 4 to 7 business days.

Q3: Are there any shipping charges?
A: There is no shipping fee for online payment modes. However, a shipping fee of Rs. 38 is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Any additional charges, such as taxes or duties, will be borne by the customer.

Q4: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order by visiting our website or using the provided courier service's tracking portal.

Q5: Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?

Q1: What is Etihasik’s return policy?
A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q2: How do I start a return?
A: To start a return, you can contact us at support@etihasik.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at support@etihasik.com.

Q3: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is of a different size, defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Kindly keep the tag intact with the product if there is any of the above concerns so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q4: Can I exchange an item?
A: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q5: How will I receive my refund?
A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
